Steering that reads from — and answers to — the same platform as everything else.

The idea

A true autopilot is one of the things I’d love to have on my own boat: steering that shares the same data bus, the same safety rules, and the same human-in-command approval as every other feature — not a separate black box bolted to the wheel.

Where it is

Planned, not started. It’s a hypothesis I want to test, not a promise on a timeline.
